Order

How do I order an article?

Firstly you place our products without obligation in the shopping cart and correct your entry data at any time prior to sending your binding order, by using the amendment option provided for this purpose and explained in the order process. The contract comes into existence, when you accept the offer concerning the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking on the Order button. Immediately after you have despatched the order you receive a second Confirmation of Order by email.

How do I cancel an order?

In your User Account you may cancel an order, which has not yet been processed, under the "Order Summary" or "My Order" menus. If cancellation is not an available option in the User Menu, please send us an email or use our Contact Form.

How do I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order in your User Account under the menu point, "My orders". Depending on the processing system, the following status stages are displayed:

- Outstanding

- Complete

- Processing

- Closed

How long does it take to process an order?

At Carbon-Kunz we dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Depending on availability your order is processed within one working day. You are notified of the shipping status by email.

Payment

What payment facilities are there?

We offer you the following methods of payment:

- PayPal Plus (PayPal, Credit card, Direct debit, Invoice)
- Bank transfer (advance payment) 

Simply select the best payment method for you. There are no extra fees for particular methods of payment! The protection of your data is of particular importance for us. Therefore, as a matter of principle we do not store any of our customer sensitive payment data. As soon as an order is despatched, we send you an invoice and/or a confirmation of your transaction.

Shipping & delivery

How long does delivery take?

Please take note of the relevant delivery periods on the products page.

We despatch goods via fast express service by DHL, UPS or Aramex. You can trace your shipments at any time through the relevant tracking ID in the confirmation email. Our Customer Service will be delighted to respond to any further queries by telephone or email.

How much are the shipping costs for international deliveries?

The shipping costs within the countries of the European Union, (with the exception of Germany) are 29.50 EUR per order. Shipment is free of charge for order values above 500.00 EUR. For other non-EU countries the shipping costs are 150.50 EUR per order.

Please allow for possible additional charges, such as Customs and Excise duty, taxes or import duties. These may differ from country to country, depending on national regulations. These costs are not included in the shipping costs.

How much are the shipping costs for national deliveries?

The shipping costs within Germany are 10.90 EUR per order. Shipment is free of charge for order values above 200.00 EUR.

You may change your contact data in your User Account under the categories "Profile" and "Address book".

Return of goods

How do I return an article I have ordered?

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Carbonman Kunz UG (limited liability), Birkenstr. 1a, 56355 Oberbachheim, Germany, info@carbonman.de, phone: +49 (0) 6776 958593) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

A refund is made within 1-2 working days of receipt of the returned goods.

In order to check the status of your return of goods, you may contact us at any time by email or telephone.

Reimbursement

How long does it take for a refund to be sent?

A refund is made within 1-2 working days of receipt of the returned goods.

To which account is my refund sent?

Refunds are transferred as a matter of principle to the same account, from which the payment was made (via PayPal, bank transfer).

Exchange

What if I wish to exchange the goods?

You may revoke your contract at any time within the 14-day period. There is no problem with exchanging goods within this period. In order to initiate the exchange process, please contact us quoting your order number and the reason for returning the goods. We then notify you of the availability of the new item.

Please note that all returned items must be returned in flawless mint condition, including the original packaging. We do not charge any separate costs for an exchange. However, the customer must bear the shipping costs for the new delivery.

Any general exchange of goods subsequent to the revocation period is excluded. However, you may contact us at any time and we will endeavour together to find the best possible solution for an exchange.
